We reserve the right to withdraw or amend access to the site and/or suspend or terminate your use without notice or liability. This site is for use in Republic of Ireland. From time to time, NZSnutrition may restrict access to some parts of or the entire site. We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time and without notice. The material posted on this site is up to date as of 25/04/2020 but is subject to change.
Information and other materials posted on this site are for general information and are not intended to amount to personal advice on which reliance should be placed. The host of this competition is NZSnutrition.
-Entrants must be aged 18 years or over; parents/guardians can enter on behalf of someone under 18 years old. Competition is not open to residents of USA and Canada. Competition is open to current clients of NZSnutrition.
The prize is one package of six online consultations with Natalie Strachan Registered Dietitian. The 6 consultations must be used within 2022, they can be spread out according to what the client and dietitian feel is most appropriate for the client. Each consultation is up to 1 hour long.
No cash equivalent or alternative prizes will be given and prize is non-transferable
The winner’s name and/or Instagram handle will be made available upon request.
Winner will be picked at random and notified via Direct Message on Instagram, by the 9th March 2022. By entering the competition, the winner gives permission for Natalie Strachan to share their name and/or Instagram handle at the end of the competition (if requested).
If the winner does not respond to the DM within 72 hours the prize will go to the next random entrant picked. If the winner does not want the prize or it will go to the next random entrant picked.
The giveaway hosted by NZSnutrition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Bodywhys.
On accepting the prize the winner is bound by the terms of service of NZSnutrition (available below).
Services terms of use
NZSnutrition reserves the right to refuse dietetic treatment. An example of where this may be necessary is if an an individuals requests treatment for a health concern that is not within NZSnutrition's scope of practice. This ensures that NZSnutrition practices safely, lawfully and effectively.
NZSnutrition reserves the right to terminate dietetic treatment. This may be necessary in instances where NZSnutrition believes that continued treatment is not in the client's best interests. In this event NZSnutrition will communicate fully the reasons why, work with the client to find an alternative treatment, and will inform the person providing medical oversight of the treatment (usually GP). NZSnutrition will endeavour to support you in finding the best care possible.
Natalie Strachan is a dietitian registered with CORU (DI029995). CORU is Ireland’s multi-profession health regulator, whose role is to protect the public by promoting high standards of professional conduct, education, training and competence through statutory registration of health and social care professionals. If you have a complaint about NZSnutrition and are unable to resolve it with NZSnutrition you have the right to contact CORU stating the registration number DI029995.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
