Natalie is a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute, and is registered with CORU (DI029995 ).

CORU is Ireland’s multi-profession health regulator, whose role is to protect the public by promoting high standards of professional conduct, education, training and competence through statutory registration of health and social care professionals.

Natalie Strachan

Natalie graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2016 with a First Class degree in Dietetics and Nutrition (BSc Hons). After graduating she worked for the NHS in the community delivering general nutrition clinics and providing nutrition advice for children experiencing extreme picky eating.

After moving to Ireland Natalie worked in a Dublin hospital, where she provided nutritional care for patients with a variety of health conditions such as swallowing difficulties, cancer, post-surgery rehabilitation, and COPD. She has also worked in two dedicated Eating Disorders Centres in Dublin, with both adults and adolescents experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder, as well as other types of Eating Disorder. 

Natalie has a keen interest in behaviour change strategies and enjoys sharing these with her clients, so that they have the tools to make effective lifestyle changes that are maintained in the long-term. 

She believes that successful long-term health plans are not only based on scientific evidence, but are also practical and flexible. She has a collaborative and holisitc approach to her work and takes care to understand each client she works with - she understands that the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts!

Natalie is based in Naas, Co. Kildare, but can work with clients anywhere in Ireland through secure video call.
